A Virginia girl, born and raised in Hampton Roads, Crystal grew up in a traditional hard-working family.  After graduating high school, she attended Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) where she would receive a Bachelors’ Degree in Literary Arts.  

​

Through these stepping-stones of life, Crystal realized that public speaking and training were specialty areas that were natural for her.  With years of experience providing upbeat training ‘with a twist’ to professionals at all levels, she has capitalized on those skills to build a successful speaking and training platform.

A requested event host, panelist, speaker, and life coach, Crystal continues to set a standard of excellence in all that she does.  She captivates viewers with messages of Purpose, Vision, Personal Development and Self-Esteem, and brings a newfound perspective and insight to her audience through a lens that is Crystal Clear.

When she’s not providing training or facilitating speaking engagements, Crystal continues to lead as the Chief of National Recruitment for her Agency.  Simultaneously, she continues her life journey as a licensed Real Estate Agent and investor, that is well-traveled and enjoys exploring new cultures and opportunities.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and board member of the National Association of Realtors, Global Business Community.  She enjoys serving her community and sharing her message with all those she meets.
